• If a base is abandoned, you can create a ticket in Discord to see if you can take over it.
• This will be done at staff discretion and on a case-by-case basis. All claims will be valid for at least 90 days.
• We have a zero-tolerance policy for griefing, and if caught, it will result in a temporary or permanent ban.

• If you are being harassed, do not engage them. Instead, please make a ticket, and we will deal with it.
• Harassment takes many forms such as but not limited to:
  • Unwanted names
  • Stalking in and out of the game
  • Offensive or derogatory jokes
  • Unwelcome comments about religion, race, weight, etc
• Do not bypass mutes, ignore, or otherwise attempt to contact someone who's asked you not to.

• This includes but is not limited to use in the following
  • Usernames
  • Builds
  • Signs
  • Content
  • Skins
  • Renamed Items
  • Messages
  • Voice Communication
• If you have to ask yourself if I should be doing this, the answer is likely that it violates our rules.
• If you are still unsure, ask a staff member privately.

•  This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Hacking
  • X-ray
  • Botting
  • Kill aura
  • Fly
  • Free-cam/free-look
  • Auto-clicking
  • Any other modifications/actions that allow you to gain an unfair advantage
• Allowed Clients/Mods
  • Mini-maps, waypoints, or anything that displays information already known in the F3 menu
  • Fullbright
  • Lunar Client (No free-look)
  • Optifine/Iris/Oculus
  • Performance/FPS increases
• Exploits arising from bugs with vanilla Minecraft features or server plugins, such as duping, can not be used and must be reported. Rewards will be given based on severity.

No AFK Machines, Auto Clickers, Macros

• We are a consent to PVP server. This means you must have permission from both parties to PVP. 
• We allow PVP with out explicitly granted permission in the following areas
  • /warp pvp
  • /warp envoy
• TPing or Baiting players to arenas, and player warps are not allowed.
• "PVP Trapping" is not allowed
• Death Traps are not allowed

• You also must not build within 100 blocks minimum of another player's or admin's claim unless you have permission from the claim owner.
• We recommend 'over-claiming' to ensure that you have more space than you think you need.
  • Over-claming is claiming a larger area than you expect you will need.
  • We recommend trying to claim at least 50 extra blocks in all directions.
• Players need to report players encroaching on their claim in a timely manner.
  • Failure to do so may result in no action being taken
  • When players claim too close to another we will attempt to move the infringing player's build safely.

• Do not scam players in any way.
• Paying players to rate your shop is allowed, but paying others to rate other shops is NOT allowed.
• Using alt accounts to rate other shops, including yours, is prohibited.
• Do not use alt accounts to bypass the shop limit.
• No useless/troll player warps, auction house listings, or chest shops.
• Please use the main end island to travel to the end or fight the dragon. Buildings or obsidian farms are not permitted. They will be removed, and the owner may be punished.

• Advertising in-game economy-related things every 30 minutes is allowed.
• Begging for items, ranks, or money is not allowed.
• Any links or outside advertisements in chat are prohibited, including advertising for other servers.
• Spamming includes but isn't limited to:
  • Excess caps
  • Similar/identical messages
  • Messages with random letters/content

• Scamming includes includes but is not limited to:
  • Selling items that are not as described
  • Selling items that are not what they are
  • Selling items that are not real.
• Impersonation includes but is not limited to:
  • Pretending to be a staff member
  • Pretending to be another player
  • Pretending to be a Mojang employee
  • Pretending to be of a different rank

We do our best to moderate the chat efficiently and effectively. Most of our mods speak English, so we ask that you don't speak non-English languages in chat.

• You can have alt accounts, but they must follow the same rules as your main account.
• They must also be logged off if staff asks or the server is getting full.
• You are not allowed to use alt accounts to bypass any punishment.
• Using accounts you do not own is not permitted.

• This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Using alt accounts to bypass mutes, ignores, bans, and any other form of punishment.
  • Do not use signs, books, or renamed items to avoid being muted in chat.
  • You are free to use off-server chatting methods like private Discord calls for talking to friends.
  • Attempting to evade a mute by using our Discord Linked chat will result in a time-out on Discord and a longer mute.

VPNs are not allowed to be used. If you use a VPN or Proxy and it works, it is at the risk of the player. Whenever a player logs in, their IP is recorded; thus, using a VPN has the risk of associating your username with a banned player. To avoid any issues, you should not use a VPN.

• Farms/machines built must be useful and efficient as possible to not cause any unnecessary lag.
• Farms/machines that run constantly and don’t produce anything useful should be turned off when not in use.
• Chunk loaders are not allowed.
