Transfer Policy

This Transfer Policy describes Our policies and procedures for transferring in-game resources free or purchased when you use this Service.

Transfers are on Best Effort Basis

We will attempt to transfer paid non-consumable store purchases within our limitations as set below and may reject transfers for any reason. We will try to transfer store ranks and other re-usable perks. Perks that were grandfathered in and no longer offered to new purchases will not be moved. We will not transfer server-specific purchases if we no longer offer that server. If you need to request a transfer please open a ticket on our website or in The Craft Global Discord.

Limitations

We only transfer non-consumable items that you have purchased. Anything that you can consume, such as keys, loot boxes, etc, will not be able to be transferred as it's a single-use item.

We will require payment confirmation of the original purchase(s) you wish to transfer to a new account.

You are limited to one account transfer request. You can transfer multiple purchases. However, we will only do it once.

Transfer Rejections

We reserve the right to reject transfers for any reason, provided we give the user the reason. We will make reasonable efforts to transfer paid purchases to new accounts; however, some transfers might not be possible. Reasons for this could be a new server, a new world, being unable to verify original transaction information, violating server and/or community rules, etc.

Transferable Items

We will try to accommodate users who must switch accounts reasonably. We will not transfer the following (non-exhaustive list):

Player Inventory
Player Vault Inventory
In-Game Pets
In-Game Money
Loot box, Crate rewards
In-game traded materials
In-game player shops
In-game player balance

Some examples of things we will transfer:

Claims (Max 2)
Homes (Max 4, within reason)
Player Vaults (not including inventory)
Paid Ranks
Free Ranks earned in-game.
- Please note that if you try to rank up the free ranks again, it will treat you as a new player.
